Creating an Account You need to have an e-mail address in order to create an account. We encourage everyone to create an account. If you create an account, PEAK will save your un-submitted application for 30 days so that you can stop and come back to finish it if you need to. Once you've submitted your application, you can view a saved copy of it if you have a PEAK account in the My Account tab. You can find a copy of your application saved in the "Manage My Account” tab.
Applying as a Guest This allows you to complete an application for benefits without setting up an account. You need to complete your application in one sitting because you won't be able to save your work and come back to it later. If there is a power outage, system error, or loss of internet connectivity, you may lose all of your work. Creating an account can provide you with piece of mind while working on your application. If you do not want to set up an account, you will not need an email address.
